Initially a financial and economic analyst in the oil industry Mike became involved in agriculture through planning the expansion of a nutritional and veterinary pharmaceutical company, before heading the agricultural division of BP Chemicals. Since 2000 he has enjoyed a number of marketing and commercial roles in Kiotechagil and in addition to managing a portfolio of countries he is also involved in technical marketing of the products.

Clare studied RSA diplomas at Scarborough Technical College, Clare joined the company in August 2007 having previously worked for the NHS. Clare currently supports both the International and UK sales teams and provides all marketing literature.
