World Traveler Murray Celebrates 25 Years at Agil
Kiotechagil’s chief technical officer Murray Hyden has celebrated 25 years with the company.
Murray, who joined Agil as a technical sales manager in 1985 when the company was based in Wokingham, has visited more than 40 countries during his business career. He has also held the position of technical sales director and managing director at the company.
Murray was instrumental in developing Kiotechagil’s salmonella control product SALKIL just before Edwina Curry announced that “most eggs were contaminated with Salmonella”. He also worked with probiotics and the competitive exclusion products at their earliest stages.
“I have thoroughly enjoyed the successes and challenges over last 25 years, said Murray Hyden. I well recall the early days of travelling the length and breadth of the UK supporting the sales team and my involvement in working on new formulations and then producing them in the development laboratory.”
“Murray’s knowledge, experience and enthusiasm have been of huge benefit to the company,” said Kiotechagil chief executive Richard Edwards. “Through his technical expertise and his key role in developing our feed additive range he has made a major contribution in taking our company forward.”
